Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David and Grace Ibach,, hereinafter referred to as "Permittees", have <br />properly applied for a variance to the minimum lot size on the property generally known as 7630 <br />181 ~ Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Unplatted Ramsey Township that part of the east half of the northeast quarter of <br />the northwest quarter of Section 4, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota thereof described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the westerly line thereof a distance of 340.40 feet south of <br />the northwesterly comer of said east half thence east parallel with the north line of <br />said east half a distance of 150.00 feet, thence south parallel with said westerly <br />line a distance of 413.60 feet, thence east parallel with said north line to the east <br />line of said east half, thence south along said east line to the southeasterly comer <br />of said east half, thence westerly along the south line of said east half to the <br />southwesterly comer of said east half, thence north along westerly line of said east <br />half to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 3, 2000, conducted a public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RANISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />.1. <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance is hereby granted to the minimum area <br />requirement for single family lots in the Rural Service as established by Section 9.20.11 of <br />the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />2. The Permittees shall be permitted to convey 1.4 acres from the Subject Property via an <br /> administrative subdivision to the adjacent property to the north. <br /> <br />3. This variance shall not apply to any furore resubdivision of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />4. The Permit-tees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />P7 <br /> <br /> <br />
