The third garage stall will extend past the side of the house only four feet. <br /> <br />2. The garages are all extended towards Bowers Drive two feet. <br /> <br />As a result the house is now 11' farther off.the lot line between lot 30 and lot 29 a total of 21' off. <br />the lot line. Please note that Larson's are only about 12' offthe lot line. The garage remains 10' <br />off the lot line. Most of Larson's view from their side windows will be of the house set back <br />21'. <br /> <br />As an alternative I would be willing to consider removing the 3rd garage stall entirely. This <br />would reduce the width of my proposed residence by 11'. If this were done I would re-center the <br />house 15.5' from each lot line. This would result in the house being 5.5' closer to Larson's and I <br />would lose the use ora third garage stall. I believe the proposal I have enclosed is superior to <br />this alternative. <br /> <br />Please change finding of fact #2 to read one hundred six feet and finding of fact #5 to read 10 <br />feet landward.
