<br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Extend Development Moratorium on Certain Parcels <br />Within the City of Ramsey; Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman explained that at the August 24, 1999 meeting, City Council <br />introduced an ordinance extending the development moratorium on certain parcels located in the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt <br />Ordinance #99-12 extending the development moratorium on certain parcels located in the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was preformed by the Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Councilmember Connolly aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councilmember Anderson aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br />Councilmember Hendriksen absent <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Zimmerman and <br />Anderson. Voting No: None.
