<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday~ September 14~ 1999~ at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center~ 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW~ Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Administrative Services Manager Joyce Pruitt Hottinger <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Community Development Director Cindy Sherman <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and lead in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION FROM TARGET <br /> <br />Amy Johnson, Target Stores~ presented a check of $774 to Police Chief Gustafson. <br /> <br />Police Chief Gustafson accepted the donation of $774 from Amy Johnson and Target Stores <br />Incorporated for the purchase of the McGruff costume and thanked Target for their donation and <br />long history of corporate sponsorship. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thanked Target Stores for their donation to the City. He stated that National Night <br />Out has been a great success in the City and that Me Gruff will be a great addition. <br /> <br />City Council/September 14, 1999 <br />Page 2 of 23 <br />
