<br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to adopt <br />Resolution #99-09-177 through #99-09-181 adopting assessments for Improvement Projects #99- <br />Oland #99-04 through #99-07. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Levy of Special Assessment for improvement Project <br />#98-16 (Bituminous Paving of Bison Street) <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 8:18 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 8: 18. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that on October 12, 1998, the City Council authorized <br />Improvement Project #98-16 involving the bituminous paving of Bison Street from 171 sl Avenue <br />to a point 1,000 feet south thereof. The project is completed and the final costs have been <br />determined, The project is being assessed in the amount proposed in the feasibility study, $6,240 <br />for each of the six benefited units. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Randy Keyser, 16967 Bison Street NW, Ramsey, thanked the City for paving the road. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 8:19 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
