4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Cash be required to fulfill park and trail dedication as follow: <br />· 57 units at $1,200/unit park dedication = $68,400 <br />· 57 units at $300/unit trail fee = $17,100 <br />A trail be constructed along County Road #116 from Dysprosium Street to Trunk <br />Highway #47 on the north side as soon as practical. If the land is available, the developer <br />would be required to pave the trail concurrent with the developments construction. The <br />year 2000 trail paving credit rate is $8.50 per linear foot. This segment is estimated at <br />2,000 feet.
