Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Connolly, <br />and Zimmennan. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Resolution #00-02-044 authorizing use of City property for high,,xTiy improvements to T.H. #47 <br />C.S.A.H. #5, and Sunwood Drive. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: .Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, <br />Anderson, and Connolly. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that it might be of interest to the citizens to have Mr. Norman <br />summarize the financial information. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that City Administrator Norman put together an update of the current <br />funds. "' <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to direct the <br />City Attorney to draft and to authorize the action of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution #00-02-045 accepting plans and specs and authorizing solicitation for bids with <br />regard to Highway #47 land acquisitions. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to assign a <br />City official to sign the right-of-way Number One Certificate <br /> <br />Motion to enter into a Joint Powers Partnership agreement with the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Anderson, Connolly, <br />and Zimmerman.
