Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: 2000 Council Organization <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman noted that he should be added as a 2000 appointment to the <br />Economic Development Authority. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if there was reason there is not an alternate for the <br />Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Consensus of the City Council was to add Councilmember Connolly as an alternate to the <br />Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Mr}tion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Resolution #00-01-010 designating Anoka County Union as the official newspaper of the City in <br />which legal notices, vacancies, advertisements, etc. will be published and Elk River Star News as <br />an additional newspaper in which the City may publish notices, vacancies and advertisements as <br />necessary. <br /> <br />City Council/January I1, 2000 <br /> Page 6 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
