Critical Rivers areas and are subject to additional regulations as specified in <br />{}9.21. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Floodplain Regulations. Certain areas in ail may be located within <br />designated floodplains and are subject to additional regulations as specified <br />in {}9.22. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Scenic Rivers Regulations. C&tain areas in all districts may be located <br />within Scenic Rivers areas and are subject to additional regulations as <br />specified in {}9.23. <br /> <br />9.20.04 Map. The boundaries of the zoning districts and development areas are <br />delineated on the Official Zoning Map which is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a <br />part of this Chapter. Such map shall be on permanent file and available for public inspection in <br />City Hall. It shall be the responsibility of the Zoning Administrator to maintain and keep the <br />map up to date and to record each amendment thereto within thirty (30) days after official <br />publication of the ordinance adopting the amendment. , <br /> <br />Overlay districts such as the enviromn~ntal overlay", critical rivers, flood plains and land use <br />density overlays are upon adoption incorPorated as a part of the Official Zoning Map. <br /> <br />9.20.05 <br /> <br />{}9.20.05 through {}9.20.10 (Reserved) <br /> <br />9.20.11 <br /> <br />R-1R Residential District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. Noncommercial Horse Boarding <br /> <br />Churches (except that no church will be permitted in a building designed <br />primarily for residential use without first applying for and obtaining a <br />conditional use permit and that no church structure will be converted to a <br />commercial use upon the expiration of the occupancy and/or the conditional <br /> <br />9-135 <br /> <br /> <br />
