Anchor'Stake is a "screw" type auger anchor made from 1/2." dia. bar with. a 3." dia. auger .designed; to. prevent the unwanted movement of benches'and tables: Using a steel' rod; or larcte wooden dowel through the "eye" of the anchor for leverage, the aU§er is twisted into the ground about two feet until only the "eye" is exposed.· A 30 in. long, heavy link chain- is prodded: and fastened to the anchor with a heaw cold shut.' ' ' !':- .-.; - DRIVE-IN GROUND ANCHORS Drive-in Ground Anchors effectively deter theft and the undesired relocating tables and benches. These anchors' provide economical' anchoring because of the speedy, easy installation accomplished by one. person. '~ :' The anchor is driven deep' into the ground' with a heaw hammer and drive rod. Once at the proper depth, the drive rod is removed and pull on the cable or chain will rotate the anchor· into position where it bites'into undisturbed, compacted soil for a solid position agm'nst removaL;.A sin§lc rod will install many anchors. · : .
