Case # 2 <br /> <br />RECOMMEND PARKS FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks &Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Attached for your review is the Park and Recreation draft Capital Improvement Program <br />as of September 28, 2000. The purpose of this case is to consider any suggestions made <br />as part of the public hearing process. After the Commission approves the Capital <br />Improvement Program, the Finance Committee will receive the plan and make a <br />recommendation to City Council. This is expected to occur on Tuesday, October 24, <br />2000. The final step in this process is for City Council to adopt a 2001 budget in <br />December 2000 for all of the City's various Capital Improvement Projects for the coming <br />year.
