Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-01-000 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM DONALD KVETON FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />MAINTAIN A SECOND MAIN BUILDING ON A PARCEL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Donald Kveton for a <br />conditional use permit to maintain a main building on the property generally known as 5750 <br />177z Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, ECHO RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />That on December 20, 1999, Donald Kveton, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," <br />properly applied for a conditional use permit to maintain a second main building (dwelling) <br />on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the City Code on January 4, 2000, and that said public <br />hearing was properly advertised, and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is 35 acres in size. <br /> <br />That the Subject Property and surrounding parcels are zoned R-1 Rural Residential and <br />located in the Rural Service area for which density is restricted to 4 units in 40 acres. <br /> <br />That Section 9.11.01 (General Requirements) of City Code states that there shall not be <br />more than one main building on a lot except as otherwise provided. <br /> <br />That the Applicant's dwelling on the Subject Property is considered to be the main building <br />and the Applicant is requesting' ~ second main building or dwelling to provide separate <br />living quarters for the caretakers of the Echo Ridge Farm estate. <br /> <br />That Section 9.11.20 establishes a 768 square foot minimum house size for ramblers with <br />garages at least 440 square feet in size. <br /> <br /> <br />
