Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-01- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />MAINTAIN A SECOND MAIN BUILDING (DWELLING) ON A PARCEL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Donald Kveton has properly applied for a conditional use permit to <br />maintain a second main building or dwelling on the property generally known as 5750 1774 <br />Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Echo Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota: <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on January 4, 2000, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit to maintain a second main <br />building or dwelling (identified as Carriage House on the Survey for Zeigler Construction) on <br />the Subject Property is hereby granted to Donald Kveton ("Permittee"). <br /> <br />2. The development of the Site shall be in accordance with the Survey for Zeigler Construction <br /> prepared by HY-Land Surveyors dated September 23, 1999. <br /> <br />3. That no additional dwellings shall be allowed for construction on the Subject Property unless <br /> the property is subdivided in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />4. That the Carriage House shall not be discontinued as an accessory use to the estate by way of <br /> sale or lease unless the property is subdivided in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this conditional use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City <br />and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City to <br />draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> <br />6. The City Administrator and/or hi'~/~er designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br /> <br />
