Motion by Councilmember Zimmennan, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to adopt <br />Resolution #99-12-__ Adopting the 2000 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Connolly, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) Review and Adopt 2000 Tax Levy and General Fund Budget <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt <br />Resolution #99-12- adopting the 1999, payable 2000 Municipal Tax Levy. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Couneilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt <br />Resolution #99-12- adopting the 2000 City of Ramsey General Fund Operating Budget. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Commission Presentation on the 2000 - 2004 Parks Capital <br />Improvement Program (C.I.P.) <br /> <br />No action required. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Approve New Play Equipment Design for Central park and Advertise for Bids for <br />the Surplus Play Structure <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the existing equipment will be available for bids. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works Kapler replied yes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen inquired if the citizens of Ramsey will be made aware of what is <br />available. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested advertising the equipment in the Ramsey Resident and Anoka <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen also requested that the equipment be advertised on QCTV. <br /> <br />City Council/December 14, 1999 <br /> Page 14 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
