Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to authorize <br />the City Administrator to execute an agreement with Leonard W. Levine & Associates, Inc., for <br />consulting services related to the Highway #47 improvement project with attorney reviewing the <br />language and hourly rate. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Hendriksen, <br />Anderson, and Connolly. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10A: Adopt Resolution Appointing City Engineer as Representative to the Lower <br /> Rum River Water Management Organization. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that the following changes should be changed to the Resolution: <br />1. 6~''paragraph should read "NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL..." rather than "PLANNING COMMISSION". <br />2. Item #1 should read "That a City Engineer shall serve as the City ..... ", rather than "That the <br /> City Engineer shall be appointed as the City .... ". <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt <br />Resolution #99-12- appointing City Engineer as the representative to the Lower Rum River <br />Water Management Organization. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Anderson, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1) Consider Scheduling Another Meeting in December <br /> <br />December 21, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. or immediately following the Public Works Committee meeting. <br /> <br />2) Discuss Appointment to Charter Commission <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that the Council requested to review the process and the <br />vacancies of the Charter Commission.
