CASE # ~ <br /> <br /> RESCHEDULE MARCH AND NOVEMBER 2000 REGULAR MEETING DATES <br /> By: Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The regular scheduled Planning Commission meetings for March 7, 2000 and November 7, 2000 will <br />need to be rescheduled due to precinct caucuses and general elections. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Minnesota State Statutes prohibit the City from conducting public meetings after 6:00 p.m. during <br />precinct caucuses and between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during general elections. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to reschedule the regular Planning Commission meeting of March 7, 2000 to <br />2000. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to reschedule the regular Planning Commission meeting of November 7, 2000 to <br />2000. <br /> <br />PC: 01/04/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
