CASE # <br /> <br />PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS <br /> FOR URBAN SIDEWALKS ' <br /> By: Mark Boos, ParkS/Utilities Coordinator <br /> <br />At the Februabj 10, 2000 Park 'and R~creati'on (P&K) Commission meeting, the P&K <br />Commission provided an oppommity for the public and developers to comment on the proposed <br />urban sidewalk ordinance. One developer inquired as to whether the ordinance would apply to <br />phases that have already received preliminary plat approval. Th. ere were no other comments <br />received. 'The draft meeting m!nutes from the Fcbr~ary 10, 2000 P&K Commission meeting are <br />attached. Also attached is the proposed ordinance amendment tO City Code.: The text includes <br />language recommended,by.th.e' .Plann!ng Commission. at. the'.n. February meeting, ,which doesn't <br />require these' sidewalls' along"cul-de-sad sffeets.'
