o <br /> <br />That there is approximately 1,100 feet between the nearest residential neighborhood and <br />the proposed outdoor recreational uses. <br /> <br />That the nearest point of the Subject Property is approximately 1,000 feet from the <br />Mississippi River but is not included in the Critical River Overlay District. <br /> <br />That the proposed amended uses will/will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />10.
