of the original issuance of this permit unless compliance is waived or excused by the <br />City. <br /> <br />Assignability of CUP: In the event of transfer, this CUP shall apply to the successors and <br />assigns of Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., and an officer of Diamonds Sports Bar & <br />Grill, Inc. shall provide the City with written notice of same within 30 days of the official <br />date of transferring ownership. <br /> <br />16) <br /> <br />On-Site Inspection: The City reserves the right to inspect the site for the purposes of <br />conducting inspections and obtaining necessary information pertaining to the construction <br />and operational effect of the facility. Inspections shall be conducted during normal <br />business hours except in the event of an emergency. City personnel or agents performing <br />the inspection shall provide reasonable notice to the permittee personnel prior to the time <br />of the inspection. <br /> <br />17) <br /> <br />Administration of Permit: All costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing <br />this permit shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />18) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall not perrrdt alcohol beverages to be consumed on the premises, <br />which alcohol beverages are not purchased on the premises. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council, <br />this the ~ 2000. <br /> <br />Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill, Inc., hereby acknowledge receipt of this permit and that they have <br />reviewed the conditions of this permit and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of <br />this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
