NO'om(
[_.A. iSi~iiER GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY

February 16, 2000

Ms.. Sylvia Frolik
Zoning Administrator
City of Ramsey
15153 Nowthen Blvd.
Ramsey, MN 55303

Re:

Revised Grading Plan
Lots 3 and 4, Block 2,~.Northfork Lake Addition

Dear Ms. Frolik:

Under separate cover you should have received a copy of a Grading Plan
prepared by Ulteig Engineering for Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake
Addition.

Reques't is made to regarde Lots 3 and 4 thereby moving the building pads
approximately 100 feet to the north and flattening somewhat the grades
leading into Northfork Lake.

In an effort to preserve mature oak trees the home on Lot 2, Block 2 was
pushed to the east. If homes on Lots 3 and 4 are built along the original
walkout grade the spacious openess of a large lot community would be lost.

North Fork had previously applied for and received a Conditional. Use
Permit to remove material from these lots. The removal of the material
proved cost prohibitive and has never occurred. That Conditional Use Permit
lapsed in 1999. The present grading request contemplates the movement of
approximately 6000 years of material. No material would be exported from or
imported to the lots.

Ail work would be completed within 30 days of commencement of operation.
Erosion control would be implemented in accordance with the recommendation of
the City Engineer.

Developed by North Fork, Inc.

713 Bradford Ave. No., Charnplin, MN 55316 · 612-484-7421 · Sales 612-441-4322 · FAX 612-441-7286
