These six lots were identified in the Concept Plan submitted <br />when the plat of Northfork Oaks was first approved and were included in the <br />approved preliminary plat from which Northfork Oaks Second and Northfork Oaks <br />Third were final platted. That Preliminary Plat, however, has expired. <br /> <br /> The lots range in size from 1.7 acres-to 3.4 acres. Ail lots are at <br />least 160 feet wide at the building setback line. All lots are heavily <br />wooded. Kunde Company, registered foresters, are in the process of preparing <br />t'ree inventories and tree preservation plans for the lots. Lots 5 and 6 have <br />extensive wetlands and Lot 1 has part of a pond. Additional ponds may be dug <br />in open areas for aesthetic purposes and to supply material if needed for <br />house pads. A public trail is located along the rear of several lots. <br /> <br /> Catch basins are located at the intersection of Royal Road and 162nd <br />Lane N.W.
