PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #00- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-1 and B-2 Business to PUD Planned Unit Development. " Outlot I, Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 38, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 36, and lying Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Northwest Quarter; thence South along the East line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 936.25 feet to the centerline of a town road; thence Northwesterly, deflecting right 95 degrees 41 minutes, a distance of 604.08 feet; thence North parallel with said East line of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 37.72 feet to the Northerly right of way line of Parcel 2, said Anoka County Highway Right-of-way Plat No. 36, said point is hereinafter referred to as Point A; thence continue North parallel with said East line of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 826.13 feet to the north line of the said Northwest Quarter; thence East along the said North line a distance of 319.98 feet to the point of Beginning of the line to be described; thence Southwesterly, a distance of 886.97 feet to Point A and there terminating. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause' this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code.
