Further discussion: Councilmember Zimmerman noted the recommendation of the Park <br />Commissioners to consider the Gary Gruber bid. Mayor Gamec stated that during the <br />discussion, Mr. Gruber declined his bid and indicated support for the bid by Ms. Slice. City <br />Attorney Goodrich recommended an agreement be drafted to address the bid award and work <br />involved. <br /> <br />Amendment by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Connolly to <br />include direction to the City Attorney to draft such an agreement. <br /> <br />Amendment carried.
