Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 00-06- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #06 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO ALLOW TWO COWS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17151 BAUGH STREET NW. WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 00-06- adopting Findings of Fact #06__ for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On June 6, 2000, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") w~ issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Jeffrey Sigler ("Permittee") for three cows on the property located at 17151 Baugh Street N.W and legally described as follows: .. ! That part of the Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, lying southwesterly of southwesterly right of way line of Anoka County Highway plat number 33 and lying southerly, the southerly north half of side quarter quarter, except road subject to easement of record. ("Subject Property"). This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this Permit are as follows: 1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of two (2) cows on the Subject Property. The number of horses maintained on the property shall be in accordance with Section 5.09.05 (Horses) of the City Code. Upon conf'muation of any complaints of odor or noise problems relating to the farm animals, the City may take action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Chapter 5 (Municipal Regulations) of Ramsey City Code. 4. That this Permit shall not give the Permittee authority or permission to conduct commercial activities on the Subject Property, including but not limited to breeding, selling, or boarding. /]
