A detailed review of the landscape plan was not accomplished at the date of this writing. Some <br />general comments have been made regarding species but Staff would like to go on record as <br />reserving £mat comments and recommendations on the landscaping following the Planning <br />Commission review and prior to submittal of the plan to City Council. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with the city staff review <br />letter dated May 31, 2000 and additional review of the landscape plan. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: Recommend that City Council grant site plan approval to the quadhomes at Mallard <br />Ponds contingent upon compliance with .the City Staff review letter dated May 31, 2000 and any <br />landscape modifications deemed appopriate. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Engineer <br />Community Development Director <br />Community Development Assistant <br /> <br />PC: 06/06/00 <br /> <br />Copy To: <br />Parks & Utilities Supervisor <br />Public Works Director <br /> <br /> <br />
