Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ <br />Goodrich/ <br />Pending <br /> <br />1/25/00 <br /> <br />During the discussion of the Kveton CUP, Councilmember <br />Anderson stated that she would like this issue addressed at a work <br />session since she does not believe it is good public policy to allow <br />building prior to the CLIP being issued. They <br />then denied the request, based on the findings. Execute Findings. <br /> <br />Council approved the RFP for a Chapter 9 rewrite and authorize <br />staff to distribute it to consultants contingent upon County <br />approval of funding. <br /> <br />Council introduced the ordinance to establish a 90-day <br />moratorium on the development of communication towers. <br />Schedule a case for ordinance adoption. <br /> <br />With regard to the request for exception from Development <br />Moratorium; Case of TSM Development, Inc., Council directed <br />staff to draft findings of fact in the negative. <br /> <br />Council introduced the ordinance to amend Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to eliminate size restrictions on <br />attached garages. Place on subsequent agenda for formal <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan of the West Radium <br />Business Center facility contingent upon compliance with the <br />City staff letter dated March 3, 2000.
