Northwest, and at 153r~ Avenue Northwest and in accordance with <br /> the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is considered in the public's best interest <br /> for the State to provide a master controller and three (3) new <br /> cabinets and control equipment to operate said new traffic <br /> control signals, all at the cost and expense of the State; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County, the City and the State will <br />participate in the maintenance and operation of the new traffic <br />control signals with street lights, EVP Systems, interconnect and <br /> <br /> internally illuminated signing as hereinafter set forth; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City shall prepare the necessary plan, <br />specifications and proposal which shall constitute "Preliminary <br />Engineering" The City shall also perform the construction <br />inspection required to complete the items of work hereinafter set. <br />forth, which shall constitute "Engineering and Inspection". <br /> <br /> 2. The City with its own forces and equipment or by <br />contract shall install new traffic control signals with street <br />lights, EVP Systems, interconnect and internally illuminated <br />signing on Trunk Highway No. 47 (St. Francis Boulevard) at County <br />State Aid Highway No. 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) - Xkimo Street <br />Northwest, at 149tn Avenue NQrthwest, and at 153rd Avenue <br />Northwest in accordance with the plan and specifications for <br /> <br />79972M <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
