The rights and obligations of the HRA and the <br />Developer under this Agreement are personal to the HRA and the Developer and do not <br />run with title to the property on which the Project is located and are binding on and do <br />not inure to the benefit of the Developers successors in title to all or any portion of said <br />property. <br />K -5 <br />
