❑ All wells, as that term is defined in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 103I.005, subd. 21, located on the Property are <br />described on the Minnesota Well Disclosure Statement <br />attached as Exhibit and there are no wells located on <br />the Property which: are contaminated; are constructed or <br />maintained in such a manner that their continued use or <br />existence endangers ground water quality or is a safety or <br />health hazard; are inoperable or not in use; or must be <br />sealed under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />103I, except for wells which have been sealed in <br />accordance with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 103I and as to which a Sealed Well Certificate has <br />been delivered to the Minnesota Department of Health. <br />ii Storage Tanks. <br />iii Septic. <br />There are no wells located on the Property. <br />OR <br />There are no underground or above ground storage tanks of <br />any size or type located on the Property. <br />OR <br />❑ There are underground and above ground <br />storage tanks located on the Property but, Seller is not <br />required to record with the County Recorder or Registrar of <br />Titles an affidavit described in Minnesota Statute § 116.48 <br />subd. 6 relating to underground or above ground storage <br />tanks. <br />OR <br />❑ Seller has recorded or will, prior to Closing, record the <br />affidavit required by Minnesota Statutes § 116.48 subd. 6. <br />❑ Sewage generated at the Property goes to a facility <br />permitted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br />OR <br />❑ Sewage generated at the Property does not go to a facility <br />permitted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and <br />the individual sewage treatment system located on the <br />-9- <br />
