The County shall determine the amount of the Shared Ongoing Costs <br />according to the above formula and shall bill the Cities for their share on a quarterly basis. Each <br />of the Cities shall pay the County for their allocable share of the Shared Ongoing Costs within 30 <br />days of receipt of the bill from the County.
