City certifies 2000 Proposed Municipal Budget; 1999, Payable 2000, Proposed Municipal Levy and two 2000 Budget Public Hearing dates. Finance Committee and Council work sessions as needed. City Council work sessions on 2000 Goals, Objectives and 5-Year Departmental Plans. Finance Committee and City Council review and adopt 2000-2004 Capital Improvement Program. Finance Committee and City Council to review and adopt the 2000 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. 2000 Goals, Objectives and 5-Year Departmental Plans submitted to City Council for adoption. County mails notice of proposed property taxes for payable 2000. Public Hearing(s) on Final 2000 Municipal Budget and Levy Adopt 2000 Municipal Budget and Final 1999, Payable 2000 Levy Final levy certification to County auditor and certification of compliance with Truth in Taxation requirements to the Department of Revenue. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves the 2000 Budget Calendar.
