She said there are significant vacancies and starting orientation with newly elected officials will be helpful. Councilmember McGlone stated he has concerns with the rest of it and would like to make changes. City Attorney Goodrich noted the motion was moved by a majority, which prevails. Discussion took place regarding the candidates and how they were chosen. Councilmember Elvig called the question to stop debate. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Wise, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Backous, McGlone, and Tossey. Voting No. None. Absent: Mayor Ramsey. Councilmember Elvig called the question for the motion.
