The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 5 and there were no verbal or written comments submitted. Recommendation: The Planning Commission and City Staff recommend approval of the request based on the fact that the use wilI provide for indoor storage of a large recreational vehicle and it is consistent with previous conditional use permits.
