The subject property is <br />1.4 acres in size and is restricted to a total of 1,664 square feet of garage and accessory building <br />space. Ia addition, there is an 800 square foot s~z~ restriction on any single accessory stmc'ture. <br />The applicants currently have a 600 square foot attached' garage and a 450 square foot detached <br />garage. They are proposing to remove the 450 square foot detached garage and replace it with a <br />1,152 squaro foot garage in order to store personal vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Fmlik stated the addition of the proposed 1,152 square foot accessory <br />buildlng will increase the total garage space on the property to 1,752 square feet, which is an 88 <br />square foot overage.
