Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #/)¼c~.~qD DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN TOTAL GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS WI-IEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-01- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subj eot to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA1VISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On , 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Francis and Teresa Moulzotf.("Permit Holder") for an overage in total garage and accessory building space and single accessory structure size restrictions on the property generally known as 14260 Junkite Street N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot t, Block 1, Ramsey Terrace, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: . ~q~7 1. That this resolution shall allow for the construction of~ 1,15.~/square foot accessory garage on the Subject Property in accordance with the certific'h~re~"of survey, including handrawn modifications, received by the City on~199g and contingent upon removal of the existing detached accessory structure. ~2d9 \ ~cirl r~ That the accessory garage shall be designed with a soffit, facia, eave overhang, maintenance free siding and asphalt shingles in accordance with building elevations received by the City on November 20, 1998. 3. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory garage. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and commercial vehicles and equipment belonging to the Applicants and that no commercial or industrial activity involving employees that do not reside on the Subject Property shall be allowed in conjunction with the commercial vehicles and equipment stored and parked on the Subject Property unless it is done so in accordance with the Ramsey City Code.
