Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #99-01- O~/~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0~]kND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN SURFACE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-01- <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />adopting <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That on ,1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Northland Security Bank ("Permit Holder") to exceed the sign surface area <br />restrictions on the ground sign on the proper~ generally known as 14125 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br />and legally described 'as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, RIVER'S BEND PLAZA 3~ ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The sign surface area of the ground sign located on the Subject Property shall not exceed 115 <br /> square feet in size. <br /> <br />2. The fifteen (15) square foot addition to the existing ground sign shall require a 'sign permit' <br /> from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />3. The addition to the existing ground sign shall be properly constructed and maintained in <br /> accordance with Section 9.12 (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permit Holders shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />5. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
