Subject: to the rightTof-way of the State of Minnesota to construct and <br />maintain temporary snow fences as shown in the final certificates dated April 14, 1939 <br />and recorded May 3, 1939 in Boe. k 174 at page 73 in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />That part of Lots 12 and 13, auditor's subdivision number 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />according to the record plat thereof, which lies easterly of the following "line a," <br />westerly of the following described "line b," and northeasterly of the northerly line of <br />tract b, registered land survey no. 119, Anoka County, Minnesota and its southeasterly <br />extension. "line a" is described as follows: commencing at the east quarter comer of <br />section 34, township 32, range 25, said Anoka County: thence north 0 degrees 55 minutes <br />06 seconds west, assumed bearing, along the east line of the northeast quarter or said <br />section 34 a distance of 154.98 feet to the intersect with the southwesterly line of the <br />right-of-way of U.S. Highways 10, 52 and 169; thence north 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 <br />seconds west, along said right-of-way a distance of 772.11 feet to the point of beginning <br />of" line a" to be hereby described; thence south 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds east to <br />intersect the northerly line of 138th; thence south 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds east <br />along said right-of-way line of 138th Avenue for a distance of 4.44 feet; thence south 1 <br />degree 05 minutes 23 seconds east to intersect the northerly shore line of the Mississippi <br />River and there terminate.
