RAMSEY TOWNHOMES SUMMARY DECEMBER 1998 Project Summary: The new construction of forty (40) units of two and three bedroom townhomes (20 two bedroom and 20 three bedroom). Pro|ect Location: The p;oject is located at 153rd Avenue and Highway 47 in Ramsey, MN. Ramsey. As a third ring suburb with a high quality of life, an abundance of employment opportunities, excellent schools and parks. Proximity to: bus line: ¼ mile, major shopping: 1 mile to Northtown, necessary public services: ¼-3 miles. Rent and Market: ACCAP will target 100% of the units to households at no more than 30% of 50% of the metro areas median income adjusted'for family size. Two bedroom rent: $600 plus utilities Three bedroom rent: $700 plus utilities Surroundino Land Uses: North: business. Sou'.h · single family. East: single family. West: wcant lai":d to be high density residential and shopping. Description: The two bedrooms will be approximately 1,200 square feet and have an attached one and a half car garage. The three bedrooms will be approximately 1,400 squ..~re feet and have an attached two car garage. All units will have an individual gas furnace, central air conditioner, and gas hot water heater, washer and dryer, combination storm and screen doors on the front and back, mini-blind window coverings, kitchens will have ample cabinets with a full appliance package that includes a garbage disposal and dishwasher.
