requested a formal proposal for a City hall space needs assessment study. Costs for the <br />study would be approximately $10,500. Staff is recommending financing the needs <br />assessment study through a transfer from the Council Contingency Fund of the General <br />Fund. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to <br />recommend Council authorize entering into an agreement with BKPR & Associates to <br />perform a space needs assessment study of the City Hall facility. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: Councilmember Haas Steffen. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to recommend Council <br />adopt the resolution authorizing the transfer of $10,500 from the Contingency Fund to <br />fund a space needs assessment study for City Hall. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: Councilmember Haas Steffen. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman to 'adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
