Chief Gustafson stated that Council could pass the resolution stating our intent to enter <br />into a joint powers agreement providing the $48,000 figure will not be exceeded by more <br />than 10%. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to <br />recommend Council adopt a resolution showing the City's intent to enter into a joint <br />powers agreement with Anoka County for a central records project in an amount not to <br />exceed 10% more than $48,000. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beyer, Haas Steffen, <br />Beahen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
