Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #99-01- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application for an administrative subdivision from Todd and Karianne Olson on December 18, 1998; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision would facilitate conveyance of Lot 5A and a portion of Lot 5, Block 1, Oakwood Hills from Bruce Westman to Todd and Karianne Olson, the owners of Lots 4, 4A and 4B, Block l, Oakwood Hills; and WHEREAS, Ramsey City Staff approved the proposed administrative subdivision in accordance with City Code and signed the warranty deed; and WltEREAS, a portion of the property is torrens and the Anoka County Registrar of Titles office will not accept the recording of the deed from Todd and Karianne Olson without the preparation of a Registered Land Survey; and WHEREAS, Todd and Karianne Olson engaged the se~ices of Hakanson Anderson Associates to prepare a Registered Land Survey to complete the land conveyance in accordance with proper County procedure. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC?iL OF THE CITY OF RAMSESz, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Registered Land Survey No. _.__ in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of January, 1999.
