CC Regular Session <br />Date: 04/12/2011 <br />By: Tim Himmer <br />Engineering/Public Works <br />Item #: 5. 10. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Consider no parking resolution for City project #09-25; Dysprosium Street improvements <br />Background: <br />City project #9-25 is for the reconstruction of Dysprosium Street NW; including a reduced pavement width, <br />parking bump -outs, sidewalks, lighting, and boulevard trees. The public hearing for the project was held in March <br />2010, and Council ordered the improvements in May of 2010. Due to the proposed narrower pavement width <br />parking restrictions must be enacted to comply with State Aid requirements and secure funding.
