It states <br />that no external activities, other than vehicles entering and exiting the Subject Property, may occur <br />prior to 6:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise provided through permitting or licensing under <br />applicable City Code. Our concern is the activity that our youth do here at Cross of Hope.
