Attached is the contract that we would utilize to sell equipment prior to demolition of the building
located at 7157 Highway 10 (Old Holiday Station) and 14550 Armstrong Boulevard (Old Oasis market). It
identifies that there is a 25 % sellers fee and a 10% seller fee as well as a $250 marketing fee that will come off of
the top of any proceeds. A note was negotiated that says that, in the event that there are no proceeds then there will
not be any payment made to seller.
The schedule for this step in the process is in draft form but is expected to be as follows:
Authorization to sign online auction agreement
Post it on the online calendar
Run the online auction
Removal of items
Send request for quotes for demolition
Receive quotes
Begin demolition after 10 day permit requirement
April 15, 2011
Apri122, 2011
April25-May 10, 2011
May 7-May 20, 2011
May 20, 2011
May 26, 2011
June 7, 2011
Recommendation:
Authorize Staff to sign the attached agreement for online bidding
Council Action:
Motion by City Council to authorize the Director of Public Works / Principal City Engineer to sign the attached
agreement for online bidding services.
agreement
Inbox
Kurt Ulrich
Brian Olson
Form Started By: Brian Olson
Final Approval Date: 04/05/2011
Reviewed By
Amy Dietl
Brian Olson
Attachments
Form Review
Date
04/05/2011 01:42 PM
04/05/2011 01:52 PM
Started On: 04/05/2011 08:35 AM
