EOP / Kangaroo St. <br />161stAve. /P.C. 159th Lane <br />161st Ave. / 160th Ave. <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and <br />sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$215,923. <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of <br />April, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Tossey and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -03 -063 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
