This is a MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE by and between the City of Anoka, <br />Minnesota ( "Landlord ") and the Metropolitan Council ( "Tenant "). Copies of the Ground <br />Lease are on file ' offices of Landlord and Tenant. <br />See Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Au3, 16 <br />17 <br />, 2010 <br />Hay 31 , 2107 <br />The Ground Lease automatically renews for a 100 -year term, <br />and thereafter automatically renews for successive 20 -year <br />terms as more fully set forth in the Ground Lease. <br />Redevelopment Rights: Landlord has certain rights to redevelop the Leased Premises <br />as set forth in the Ground Lease. <br />The purpose of this Memorandum of Ground Lease is to give record notice of the Ground <br />Lease and the rights created thereby, all of which are hereby confirmed, and this Memorandum <br />of Ground Lease shall not have the effect of in any way modifying, supplementing or abridging <br />the Ground Lease or any of its provisions as the same are now or may hereafter be in force and <br />effect. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Ground Lease and this <br />Memorandum of Ground Lease, the provisions of the Ground Lease shall prevail. <br />
