The Ramsey Planning <br />the Ramsey Municipal <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, March 3, 2011, at <br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Chairperson Levine <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Dunaway <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br />Also Present: Senior Planner Tim Gladhill <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Levine called the regular meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />Bruce Bacon, 7363 175 Avenue NW, questioned his zoning and requested that the changes be <br />explained. <br />Mr. Bacon's concerns will be addressed at the public hearing. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Brauer, and <br />Dunaway. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Rogers. <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Dunaway to approve the following <br />minutes as presented: <br />1) Planning Commission regular meeting minutes dated February 3, 2011. <br />Motion Carried.
