Building permits I
2. Sewer and water access charges
3, Park dedication ,
!
In addition all of the City s out-of-pocket costs associated with the tax increment financing
will be reimbursed by ACCAP and the project including but not limited to:
I
1. Attorneys' fees
2. Consultants' fees

Lastly, because the project will only be pursued if it receives an allocation of federal Iow
income housing tax credits the tax increment will be exempt from any penalties relating to
State aid, fiscal disparities as there is an exception to those penalties for housing projects
with tax credits.

We would agree to having all these representations reflected in the tax increment I
development agreement.

I hope this adequately clarifies our request, i
Si~cere,.ly, ~ I

ANOKA COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM, INC I
1201 89th Avenue NE Suite 345 Blaine MN 55434
lele 612-783-4747 fax 612-783--4700 I
