'1 I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I k~q~IBIT E NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public heating on Thursday, December 3, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request fi:om Arcon Development, Inc. to rezone from R-1 Rural Residential to K-1 Urban Residential the property generally located north of 153rd Avenue and west of Stanhope Terrace and Reilley Estates and legally described as follows: That part of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: '" Government Lots 2 and 3; and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, except the South 660.0 feet of the West 181.5 feet; and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, except the West 1206.0 feet and except the South 660.0 feet; and EXCEPT those portions platted as REILLEY ESTATES and REILLY ESTATES 3RD ADDITION. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed rezoning. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Administrative Services Manager Linda Waite Smith at 427~1410 by noon on Monday, November 30, 1998. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
