Commissioner <br />Anderson also expressed his thanks and acknowledged the long years of service and <br />experience of Commissioners Deemer and LaDue, adding that it will be missed. <br />Chairperson Deemer replied that his line is open and he won't disappear from public life, <br />and he also thanked Commissioner LaDue for his contributions and staff for their efforts. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Joint Meeting with City Council Zoning Administrator Frolik announced that there is <br />a joint meeting scheduled with City Council for 6:30 p.m., December 9, 1998. <br />Commissioners Dempsey and Wivoda announced they would be unavailable, <br />Commissioner Jensen stated it was questionable, and Commissioners Deemer and <br />Anderson advised they were available. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Comments Received on Draft Comprehensive Plan Community Development Director <br />Sherman advised that 75 people signed the attendance sheet at the public hearing on <br />December 1, and there have only been one or two negative comments received thus far. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the special <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners LaDue, Anderson, Dempsey, <br />Jensen, and Wivoda. Voting No: None.
